..from Photography blog. Just to enumerate:

1. Left your kit at home.
2. Not recharged the batteries.
3. Set the wrong ISO speed.
4. Left the lens cap on.
5. Forgot to reset Exposure Compensation.
6. Shot in JPEG instead of RAW.
7. Chimped a prize-winning picture.
8. Blurry pictures.
9. Spent more on a camera body than the lens.
10. Didn’t check the memory card before formatting.
